This is a very charming hotel. We enjoyed our stay. The Massena train stop was a short walk from the hotel, making it convenient to hop on the metro to get to Old Lyon in 10-15 minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of dining options nearby. We would stay here again.

Relatively good location in terms of public transportation. Friendly at check in. Poor room service. Sometimes paper cups and sometimes not. Same with toilet paper and towels and once cleaning product left on n bathroom. Had a triple room that was stuffy. Had to open the window at night but quiet streets.

"Let us check in early which was much appreciated after a 6am flight, room was exactly what we needed just as a base. Was a bit out of town though and hard to get to from airport without taxi/Uber, so bear that in mind."
