It's also near to the transportation station and main station that can take you to Cann, and other part of Nice Area. Jack, the host was most helpful and that was perhaps the best thing, Nice cozy apartment in old Nice city center, short walk to beach, restaurants, the promenade etc. The host is very thoughtful, several small touches made it a warm experience for us. He met us at the tram station and walked us over, even helped carry my backpack, had the place stocked with Orange Juice, water and a bottle of wine, had paid for an awesome gelato at the corner for us....

"What a fantastic location and great place for a big family. The location could not be better especially for an athlete for the Ironman and her spectators with the race start and finish steps away. The place accommodated our large group including young children. We are tall with many above 6 feet but the upstairs ceiling really was fine. Bernard, our host, communicated very well and answered many questions timely. If you are only here for vacation the location of this place for a large group is...
