"Die Wohnung hat einen tollen Balkon mit einem fantastischen Ausblick. Das Parken ist teilweise problematisch, weil kein eigener Parkplatz zur Verfügung steht. Die Wohnung am sich ist sehr groß und mit vintage Möbeln möbliert. Leider lässt die Sauberkeit, insbesondere in der Küche, sehr zu wünschen übrig. Alles in allem waren wir aber zufrieden."

"Room is clean with a very good foam mattress. Staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good Air conditioning is good but you have to remind the front desk to turn it on. Water, teakettle and cups need to be requested . The location is unbeatable, right in front of the ocean and port and you have great restaurants at walking distance"

"This ‘shabby chic’ property is fantastic and in a lovely location on the side of a hill with a great views onto the ocean. The infinity pool shares the same view. The sun goes from the pool and property around 1800 in July. Menton & Ventigmilia are both 10 minute drives away. The owners are very helpful and communicative, there is a handyman living in an adjacent property giving help when needed. A very convenient and well stocked supermarket is situated at the main entrance to the property next to the roundabout in Latte. All in all it’s a lovely place to spend a holiday."

"Die Fotos entsprechen der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist zuzweit in Ordnung , wenn man sich mag und 24/7 gern zusammen ist. Das Bettsofa war okay. Am schönsten war die Terrasse. Mega Ausblick. Es gab eine Markise, so dass man im Schatten den Nachmittag und frühen Abend dort verbringen konnte. Die Wohnung ist in einen Wohnanlage, wo auch italienische Nachbarn wohnen . Wir waren im Juni da, wo die Nachbarschaft nicht nicht so stark vertreten war. (Unser unmittelbare Nachbar war da) . Die Versorgung mit den Handtüchern hat nicht so geklappt. Da wir für 11 Tage nur ein Badehandtuch plus 1 Händehandtuch pro Person bekamen. Es gibt keine Waschmaschine, sodass wir uns eigene noch kaufen mussten. Zusätzliche Handtücher hätten 28,00 Euro gekostet. Kurz um , es war alles wichtige war da. Extras wie, Geschirrhandtuch, Tischdecke oder Platzdeckchen fehlten. Ca. 10 Gehminuten in die Altstadt gab es einen Bäcker und zwei sehr schöne Restaurants mit zauberhaften Blick auf die Marina. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt."
