A private pier stretches over calm, glassy water — perfect for fishing off the edge, watching the sun go down, or just sitting quietly while the kids wear themselves out. The covered dock has a porch swing, Adirondack chairs, and string lights that make it everyone's favorite spot by the second night. A fire pit faces the water for evenings that tend to run longer than anyone planned.

The screened porch runs the full back of the house with both a dining table and a full sectional — all looking out over the water.
