"This property was filthy. The home was new but the property had not been thoroughly cleaned. Bugs and webs at the entrance door and in the corners inside of the home. Refrigerator had not been cleaned No towels and the ones she brought had black oil on them. Mold on shower curtain in front bathroom. Bathroom mat were filthy. Toothpaste splatter on the mirrors, used bar of soap left in closet. No flat sheets on either bed. Linen had to be changed due to greasy spots. Commode had brown water until...

"The house was very clean and modern. Although, they did not provide some of the basics that we usually find in a vrbo. No shampoo, body wash or soap and no extra towels. There is a washer and dryer, but no laundry soap is provided. If you don’t have a car, walking to stores is a challenge due to location. Ride shares did not have trouble finding the Vrbo. Host was quick to respond to messages."
