Cute, new condo in downtown Ventura near the beach ! Rental is for full condo (one of the two bedrooms) & entire place. Walking distance from the beach, downtown, coffee & vegan cafes. Located right by Vons so you can walk to get groceries. In a gated community which is very safe & secure. Temperpedic bed in the bedroom, restoration hardware chandeliers & temperpedic mattress. The cloud couch from restoration hardware in the common area.
