The room was amazing and the space was incredible but we did ask for house keeping and they never came also for two day there was no hot water for us to take a shower. They say they will work on it but it was not fix the next day when we left. It was really disappointing because you expect to take a shower for a long travel back home.

I read the comments before about the breakfast coupons, that's not true anymore this place has a new breakfast dining section with great options for 3 star hotel (waffles, eggs, bacon etc.). Shout out to Cristal for taking care of everyone in the morning at breakfast. Rooms were nice and clean.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and surrounding areas. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everyone we came across was friendly. The only problem was the musty odor we noticed when we first walked in otherwise it was a surprisingly comfortable stay and we will be back.
