It’s good to know that this location is a prime location in the area, it’s close to the restaurants into the bars and to Main Street. So you get what you buy. Not fancy whatsoever, but it gets a job done. Unfortunately this day there was some very heavy Santa Ana winds that caused many counties, including Ventura County to have power outage, as I attempted to check in the hotel was out of power, and I was not able to check in because at that moment, it was cash only. Luckily the agent allowed to write down my credit card information and he said once power is up, he would charge which he did, power was up by midnight that following morning. Other than that totally worth to stay, and save some money

My room was very clean, Air worked wonderful I had to turn it off it got so cold lol and as usual all the staff was very helpful! I stay here whenever I get a chance to come to Ventura, the owner is great! The cleaning ladies are wonderful always available to help with what ever you need. It is walking distance to the beach and everything you need! I will keep coming back here!!

This was a last minute stay booked but the room had good value for the price. Staff at counter was efficient and polite , the room was very clean as welllas the property. It was convenient and in walking distance to ocean and the main street shops. Dont snooze on this place

This motel was surprisingly clean, neat, and quiet despite its proximity to the freeway. The staff was welcoming and friendly. We would definitely come back and stay again at such affordable prices.
