Raptor's View - Million Dollar Views From The Ventura Hillsides

Enjoy the clear air and beautiful 180 degree views of the ocean high in the hills above Ventura! Minutes from the beach, downtown, and fairgrounds, Raptor's View is a magical spot surrounded by nature, with sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean by day and city lights by night. Atop a secluded street, you will have all the amenities you expect, from a working fireplace, fast internet, and 75" TV, to an electric piano, guitar and vinyl turntable amongst other thoughtful touches and eclectic pieces.


THE SPACE:
Almost every room in the home has large windows so you always have a view of the ocean! When you walk in the front door, you will enter the main floor that has an attached garage, half bathroom, kitchen, dining table, and living room. This floor has a large wrap around deck that faces the ocean.

Downstairs are the bedrooms and laundry room. The primary bedroom has a California king bed with an en-suite bathroom and private deck. There are two other bedrooms - one has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. There is another full bathroom downstairs between the queen and twin bedrooms.


GUEST ACCESS:
You will have access to the entire house. There is an upstairs and downstairs with multiple decks, large windows, and seating areas for viewing the ocean, city, and hillside.

You can park a single car in the garage. There is also space in the driveway for another car as well some available street parking.


OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
- Need caffeine? We offer complimentary tea and coffee for our guests.
- We have binoculars for bird watching and getting a closer look at the city.
- Bathrooms come with q-tips, cotton balls, feminine hygiene products, and more complimentary items.
