Cliff House Inn On The Ocean

"Nice views!! Nice remodel on the rooms! Breakfast does not have any sneeze guards. No safes in the room or iron. Limited disability access. Great restaurant! Cleaning crew tore down our room when we were at breakfast on our check out am before we left and we had belongings in our room! They swiftly brought our things back to the room when I went back to tell them we are still here! Interesting!!! !"

"The room was clean and quaint. There were some small maintenance tweaks that could have made the stay more enjoyable. For example the recessed lighting directly above the bed doesn't have a lens cover, so you see right into the lightbulb. The refrigerator was making a loud gurgling sound continuously which wasn't a dealbreaker for us as we have a fountain outside of our window at our home and it could almost sound like one, but can imagine it could be challenging for someone else. The staff were friendly and the location was great as it was walking distance to shops and restaurants. An historic building which had a nice solarium atrium which was enjoyable in the mornings, the breakfast was standard."

"The rooms were clean. The staff was excellent. They were so friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed talking with them. The breakfast was very good. There were many good choices. I loved the bacon and eggs with choices of breads and muffins. When you wanted a waffle, they made it fresh for you. The coffee was very good. I always had a. place to park not for from the front door.. They could improve the in room coffee maker set up. Also the room had a stuffy smell at first."

"I liked the location didn't like how it was so expensive $12 a night for parking and no comp breakfast and everything was very expensive for the price of the hotel seemed a bit greedy"
