"Great location with a short walk to the beach. House was clean and well-appointed, and the outdoor shower was a nice way to clean off the sand before entering. More than enough space for our family of 4. "

"It right on the beach, but parking is questionable at the very least. If you are not using valet, your self parking in a shady garage. The hotel itself was just ok, and right next to train tracks with trains passing quite frequently. I wanted to like the place more, but it’s average. It does the job if you’re only using the place to sleep. Staff is great though. Everyone was very friendly. "

"This is a great location as you can walk all around downtown Ventura for touring and meals. The room is large and comfortable. The breakfast was really great. We did not turn on the TV once for our six-year-old grandson!"

"The breakfast was tiny but the staff very nice, we changed rooms 3 times, we have never changed rooms in our lives, beds bad, TVs that didn't work, avoid room 124, terrible bed and backs up to the homeless sleeping in the park, my back will never be the same but the staff was awesome"

"Perfect perfect perfect. Everything was better than expected all the way down to donkeys. Mary was a wonderful host. Only problem was we were very busy. We would’ve like more time to spend there. You will not go wrong staying there. We definitely will be back. I highly recommend this property. Enjoy everyone!!"

"Omg! What a delightful place to stay. The owner has curated the place in the most charming, efficient and comfortable way. The attention to detail was noticed. From the complimentary local tea, organic creamers in fridge and spice collection to the heated patio, comfortable beds, and spacious set up!!!! We were 4 adult women concerned the space would be too small for us but it was the contrary. Square footage was small but the high ceilings, open air concept and furniture layout felt much larger. The owner was very communicative and went out of her way to answer questions about where we could purchase the lovely items in her property. (We wanted to replicate everything at our homes). Definitely recommend this location for anyone wanting to feel that the owner really cared. "
