With new COVID-19 rules and measures to adhere to, travel looks a lot different at the moment. Here's what you should know before you pack your bags for Ventzi:

• Research if any travel restrictions apply to your destination and origin before committing to a flight. Also check if there are any conditions you'll need to follow on arrival, such as installing a contact tracing app.
• When you pass through airport screening, keep your face mask on. You will be asked to briefly lower it for identification purposes. Passengers who refuse to wear a mask may be fined and denied boarding.
• To minimize the risk of cross-contamination, position your boarding pass on the scanner yourself and then hold it up for inspection. Do not hand your pass directly to a TSA officer.
• One container of liquid hand sanitizer is now allowed in your carry-on bag. It must be no larger than 12 oz (350 ml), and you'll need to take it out of your bag for X-ray screening.
• Remove items from your pocket, such as your wallet, keys and phone, and put them in your carry-on instead of into bins. This will minimize handling during screening.
• Separate any food you have for X-ray scanning. Placing it in a clear plastic bag and into a bin reduces the need for a TSA agent to handle and inspect your belongings.
