"I really like this hotel, it’s enclosed and a bit secluded and it’s like travelling to the past. It is not close to the main area of San Cristobal, but taxis are available at any hour. The restaurant feels just like the kitchen back in the 1800s. Rooms are clean, but it’s an old adapted property, which is what I like most of this hotel. "It is a very nice place still undergoing construction. We were there only for one night but really enjoyed our stay. You have to be in no hurry at all when you stay here, specially at the restaurant. The food is very good but takes a long time and breakfast is served after 9:30 am. Preferably cash and only one spot where internet conection or phone signal works."

"Hilltop hacienda, peacefully out of the hustle and bustle of the town. Hotel has fireplaces for heat, the breakfast was good, staff was helpful and friendly. A little out of the way but cabs here are very inexpensive."
