"Our stay in the hotel was very pleasant, reception staff polite, ready to help. Room clean but not everyday service. Excellent food. really excellent. Nice spa. The problem in the room was not tightly fitted door, that is why there was noise and cold by wind and rain. The room was changed."

"First time in Hungary on business and room was comfortable and spacious. The room was clean, and the staff was the best most of all. They made us feel welcome and very accommodating at reception and at the restaurant. The restaurant had great food and desserts!! Just a wonderful group of people. It made my stay so much more memorable."

The room was naturally cool (it was hot outside), it had a working refrigerator, and a comfortable bed, and a comfortable couch to sit on, very rare in my experience. "I booked it by Expedia with breakfast. Holdvirág did not recognize the breakfast. I called Expedia. Expedia have seen the breakfast as part of the booking, tried to help, but since they could not speak English in the hotel, Expedia simply paid back the hotel price to me, and I drove to Budapest without spending the night in this hotel."
