Newly decorated and upgraded apartment on gated community complex. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. Lots of outside space with two terraces. Pools and play areas. The apartment is well equipped, including fitted kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer. Flat screen TV and WIFI. It also includes an office area and has air conditioning throughout. Walking distance to quiet beaches. Bars and restaurants close by, and a short drive or bus ride to main towns of Garrucha and Mojacar.
This is the real Spain. You will find a local market in the nearby towns almost every day.
