This was our second stay at AC Veracruz. We love the comfortable rooms, the staff is great. This is also in an excellent location. Unfortunately, the parking situation was not ideal. But we made it work.

My stay was overall very pleasant. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The front desk staff was great—especially the young woman who kindly upgraded my room when I asked. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the parking garage. The spaces were very tight, not handicap accessible, and located three floors below the lobby, which made it a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, a great stay and excellent service

The Hotel is surrounded by stores and restaurants. One big mall across the street and one a few steps away, Also a nice casino on the corner. The rooms are decorated very modern with a great ocean view. The pool is nice, but doesn't get too much sun in the afternoon. You can take a taxi, uber or a bus right outside the property if you want to go downtown, Acuarium or Malecon.
