The location and price are excellent but the place really need a good improvement. The place looks very old and out of date. During my stay there were cold nights but I was told they didn’t have blankets because nobody has been taking them to laundry. So, I was just given 2 extra sheets. The shower pressure was ok but the water was all over the place. The towels were extra thin. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would love to go back if the place makes improvements.

Great but desperately needs upgrades

The staff was very kind and friendly. Upfront the hotel looks great. And the breakfast is also wonderful. But the rooms need a lot of work mostly the bathrooms and sinks. They are very rusted and old. Our sink and shower would not drain.

I use to stay here often and still my go to hotel in Zona Central. It’s a bit worn, but everything works. The city center in undergoing much construction. Many streets closed. It’s an ongoing city project. The guy who works evenings is very friendly. The day girl on Sunday could use an attitude adjustment. Other that that quiet, ac is cold, internet good and plenty of hot water.
