We loved it here! You can’t beat the location and price. The pool was gorgeous and the access to the beach was amazing. We will definitely be back. The food at the restaurant was definitely expensive but we ate there a few times for the convenience and everything was very good. We especially loved ordering margaritas by the beach. Really nice staff. The rooms were very simple but we loved the updated shower and bath. We slept great. There was an event one night but we enjoyed the music. Great hotel for the price and location!

The hotel was nice other than 3 things:. 1. A large federal comuser sticker on the front door saying they were shut down. 2. The mold on the bathroom ceiling. 3. The lack of Air Conditioning in the restaurant. Other than that, it is a very nice place to stay.

They need to work on customer service. The lady at the front desk was not very attentive, they were some extra charges for no reason. Different price of what we agreed at booking. When told that the beds were extremely hard, she seemed uncaring, and bothered by the questions if all the rooms have the same beds. We regret having to stayed two nights. None of us were able to sleep. We’ve got bedbugs bites. Terrible experience. It’s a shame because it has a great location, and great views.

La habitación está bonita, pequeña pero limpia y funcional, el hotel cuenta con muchas áreas de esparcimiento, la atención del personal de limpieza bueno, en recepción no todas son amables y del estacionamiento conocimos 3 personas de las cuales uno de los encargados del estacionamiento nos trató mal, los otros 2 muy amables. Por la ubicación está en un muy buen lugar.

la limpieza es basica por decir mas, las paredes con manchas de manos, los espejos y ventanas sucias,se ve que tiene mucho que no les han pasado un trapo para limpiar, la habitación fue rentada para tres personas y solo nos dejaban dos toallas, todos los dias teniamos que ir a recepción a perdir la tercer toalla teniendo que eplicar cada vez que eramos tres personas en la habitación, el area del balcon que da acceso a la alberca con colillas y bolsas de frituras en las areas de jardín, los jardines y areas verdes descuidados, amarillos por falta de agua y sin podar las areas comunes sucias, todo el personal (a execpxion de una señorita en recepcion que contestaba de muy mala forma) fueron muy atentos, además de que no hubo internet los primeros tres días, al comentar en recepción nos decian que no sabian por que y piue por lo mismo tampoco tenias TV en la habitacion ya que cuenta con sistema Roku, finalmenmte el internet se soli¿ucion una noche previa a jhuestra retirada,. Creo que les falta mucho en cuanto a limpieza y mantenimiento, realmente quede descepcionada, ya que en las fotos todo se ve muy bonito, pero la realidad es otra
