El lugar es amplio y bonito. Pero no cuenta con agua caliente por las noches solo durante el día, tiene varias fugas que mantienen mojado el baño y él área de lavado de manos.

Disappointing 😞

The rooms were dirty and smelly. I won't come back here. The only good thing about this place is the restaurant, the food was delicious and the service was exceptional. Los cuartos estaban sucios y olian mal. No regresaria mas a este hotel. Lo unico buno de este lugar fue el restaurante, la comida estaba deliciosa y el servicio muy bueno.

El establecimiento está en malas condiciones: muy deteriorado, paredes húmedas con moho, baño con olor a cucaracha, salieron cucarachas y andaban en la cama, mucho polvo en la habitación, sábanas viejas, rotas y manchadas, teléfono sin servir, focos fundidos y con falsos en los contactos, me cambiaron de habitación y estaba igual de deteriorada, no me fui por q era de madrugada y sería peligroso, y no me cobraron barato ni fue una ganga, fue todo un robo para lo terrible q fue el hotel. Nunca regresaría.

Mostrando la realidad del hospedaje

Después de 6 años que me he hospedado, veo q el mantenimiento en habitaciones ha sido raquítico por no decir nulo, me ha agradado el lugar y su ubicación, pero la falta de cuidados hacen q piense en buscar otra alternativa, por el lado del restaurante no es posible q manejen en su carta productos del mar y cuando pides No hay, pides jugos para tu desayuno y te dicen No hay, y el colmo es q sus propios camareros te recomienden que vayas a otro lugar, eso es inadmisible, ya no le tienen pasión por el lugar, pasillos con las ropas de camas y basura mientras pasa el q las levanta y queda el piso escurrido de cerveza o refresco generando fauna indeseable, habitaciones con cucarachas, fui a comprar insecticida y fumigar. En fin, tienen mucho pore hacer.

Es un buen hotel si llevas mascota y solo te hospedas para tener un lugar donde dormir. La habitación fue chica, tenía polvo, las toallas estaban percudidas y los cuartos frente al mar tienen mucho eco de lo que pasa en la avenida (que es usada como vía rápida y genera mucho ruido por la noche).

las fotos no muestran la realidad del hotel

pues no es nada de lo que vienen en las fotos. si bien la alberca esta mas o menos bien, los camastros estan todos rotos, la habitacion muy mal, el aire acondicionado nunca se podia apagar, la cortina del baño completamente rota, nunca tuvimos agua caliente en la regadera... pareciera que tiene años que no le dan mantenimiento al hotel en general, no cuenta con area de estacionamiento y tienes que andar buscando donde dejar el auto. la verdad es que por 500 pesos mas pude haber encontrado mucho mejor opcion pero me deje guiar por las fotos las cuales son muy engañosas

We used hotel.com for all our stoops on the way from Delaware to Mexico. The stop was one of the great ones. Although it was clean and had some amenities we couldn’t use because we were only there to sleep. I would definitely stay there again. The front desk was very nice , since I didn’t speak Spanish.

La Atencion del personal Excelente, la encargada del Restaurant que nos atendio en desayuno Excellente muy atenta y limpio el restaurant, Los sres Meseros tambien excelente servicio- No me gusto que el hotel esta muy deteriorado las puertas inseguras, las chapas no funcionan bien , los cristales muy sucios y el area que ni usamos de la sala de la suite muy sucia, lo peor es que las 4 suites , tienen un pozo de luz entre baño y baño y lamentablemente potrahi se escucha todo lo que hace el vecino que nos tocaron creo unos recien casados jajaj y el azotadero de puertas que se oyen parece que se meten a tu cuarto, buena ubicacion, si hiceran el esfuerzo de dar mantenimiento los clientes si volverian a hospedarse con ustedes

Un hotel muy sencillo, limpieza regular. Utilizan agua tratada, y el agua caliente dura no alcanza para 2 personas por habitación. Las áreas comunes están en buen estado. La comida es de buena calidad. El servicio en recepción es regular y no son flexibles con los horarios de entrada y salida.
