"An excellent property with exceptional service. Staff were extremely attentive. We ate in La Luce restaurant one evening and visited the spa. The hotel is in a great location with stunning lake views and it’s only a short drive into the centre of Lugano."

The staff are incredibly warm and helpful; the location is fantastic --with breath-taking views; the swimming pools and spa are top-notch; the restaurant food and service are excellent. It is an easy walk to Stresa, where we enjoyed shopping and drinks. I simply cannot say enough good things about our stay! I give this hotel my highest recommendation."
