Clean, simple hotel with good food

A good, simple hotel for a quick overnight stop. Having the pizzeria next door was very convenient and the food excellent. Breakfast was up to the standard of a 3 star hotel. I think we were the only guests in the hotel but it was warm and well equipped

We received a courteous welcome and our room was spotlessly clean. Excellent restaurant with delightful chef. All staff cheerful and helpful. Good breakfast. Excellent value for money. We will return.
