Wake up to sweeping, unobstructed Lake Erie vistas in this meticulously maintained lake-front retreat, perfect for families or a small group of friends. The home sleeps six comfortably in four airy bedrooms—and offers three bathrooms stocked with fresh towels and toiletries. Two expansive decks invite you to savor sunrise coffee or sunset cocktails, while an outdoor hot tub and an indoor cedar sauna turn every evening into a private spa session. Inside, central A/C, fast Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and a finished basement with a theater room (plus seven flat-screen TVs throughout) ensure comfort and entertainment no matter the weather. A washer, dryer, board games, and a shelf of lake-view novels round out the amenities. Tucked in a quiet, safe neighborhood, the house is minutes from groceries and local dining, with Cedar Point, Kalahari Waterpark, and the Lake Erie Islands only about a half-hour drive away.

We wanted to find a quiet place where 5 friends could come together from across the country to spend time playing games, cooking meals, and just be together. We hit the jackpot with this house! It was spotless, had every amenity you could think of, absolutely beautiful views, a theater, and even a sauna. The most impressive part was that the kitchen was so well stocked with cookware, we could cooked every meal for 3 days and not have a problem. The host was very responsive and everything worked well in the house with no issues. We will be coming back year after year for our girls trip!

OUTSTANDING Family Stay for Oberlin graduation

Our stay here at Edgewater was FABULOUS! The house was fully stocked with anything we needed, was extremely clean and so spacious. I can't say enough great things about the house and setting- the beds and pillows were so comfortable, the hot tub, porch swing and fire pit were perfect and the deck is amazing for relaxing and taking in the gorgeous lake view! Polly and Brad are very responsive and helped with anything we needed. The movie room is so fun and we wish we could have stayed longer. 10 out of 10 stars and I highly recommend!

Great Property on the Lake!

This is our second stay at this property. It was very accommodating for our friends for the week. It's in a nice quite neighborhood good for peace and quite and going for walks. We love the covered deck overlooking the lake with boat traffic and the lower sun deck is fantastic, too. The house has everything you need plus more. Plenty of supplies, towels, dishes and furniture. The kitchen is open floor plan which makes it very nice for multiple cooks and flow of the downstairs. We love this property and would stay here again and again.

Little slice of heaven

We adored our stay at this beautiful home. Upon arrival you open up the door to a stunning view of the lake. Once inside, the house is very clean, has very comfortable beds and was the perfect size. We also loved the sauna. Outside we enjoyed the lovely deck with swing, beautiful views of the water, a very nice deck with a table and chairs and fire pit nearby. Polly was an excellent host with great communication and she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and provided plenty of information about the area with recommendations. We absolutely had an amazing time and would love to return. This was by far the best VRBO rental we have stayed in ❤️.

Perfect place for a Lake Erie vacation. The house is beautifully done with all the amenities you would need, plus some welcoming touches left by Polly. The view of the lake is stunning. The house is very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect. In less than a 5 minute drive you can be in the charming town center of Vermilion and the Main Street beach. Also very conveniently located to grocery and drug stores. This is definitely a 10 out of 10 Vrbo site. Provided my husband and I with a wonderful vacation. Will definitely rent again.

Awesome amenities and hosts for this Lakefront property

The photos are great, but it's even better in person! There is a "Wow" factor as soon as you walk in the front door. Whether you're on the deck, the back porch, the dining/living area or the master bedroom you have a great view of the Lake! The hot tub, sauna, and media room are incredible amenities. The hosts are amazing - prompt and helpful communications and recommendations, clear instructions and so many welcoming touches! We hope to return next summer (if not sooner!) If you're looking to treat yourself to a lovely summer getaway this is the place to go.

Beautiful Home

This home is top notch in many ways. The location is awesome and the owners are great to work with. Beds super comfy. Hot tub clean and hot. Kitchen full of what you need and plenty of TVs. Loved our stay.

Absolutely Top Notch Home

We have stayed at many locations around the world in many homes hosted by others, and I can’t say enough how impressed we were with Polly’s home. Everything about it is thoughtful, well laid out and in immaculate condition. And to top it off you have one of the most stunning views of Lake Erie with a gorgeous deck waterside to enjoy sunrises and sunsets

Beautiful house with great views

This property is so nice with great views of the lake. The back porch and deck are fabulous. Our weekend was designed for rest and relaxation, and that we did. The property owners made sure we had everything we needed, plus some welcome items we didn’t even know we wanted. Lol. Very clean and furnished nicely. This is one of the best properties I’ve rented out of many. Thank you for a very memorable experience.

Nice house/nice location

This house is very nice (great view! Saw bald eagles twice!). Very clean, lots of amenities. Locals and neighbors so nice. Grocery store very close. Nearby restaurant, BBQ Pit, is amazing and lots of food. Hosts very accommodating and easy to contact. Bring phone chargers, and or USB-A to USB-C adapters.

Another great Weekend!
