  • One of two apartments for two people available, located at the end of the village of Corniglia near the Panoramic Terrace, "Santa Maria". It is at the tip of the promontory that rises 100 meters above sea level, offering a 180 degree view of the 5 Terre coast from Manarola to Monterosso. Láppartaemento is composed of Double Room with Terrace, hallway with breakfast corner and private bathroom. Free Wi-Fi and air conditioning included. Corniglia enjoys a strategic position for those who want to go hiking on the panoramic trails of the Cinque Terre.

Stay here!

Other than the kitchen not being too well furnished (I had to buy a corkscrew), the space I had was perfect. I have read a review in which the reviewer opined the stairs the website doesn’t quite make clear. Yes. There is a winding, marble clad stair up to the apt I had. So if stairs aren’t your thing, you really need to rethink visit the CT.

3 Days in Cinque Terre

The property is as described, except be warned that our specific unit has a LOT of steep steps once you enter the property. This is after bringing suitcases up many steps from the train station (no lift, and you have to go down, cross under the track, and then up. If you have any mobility concerns, be sure to ask for the unit in the building that does not have all those steps to get in. The balcony is absolutely wonderful, beautiful view! The kitchenette is small, but efficient. We would have appreciated a small skillet to warm sandwiches we brought in the village, and some sort of paper product besides TP (paper towels or paper napkins). There was a coffee pot, but no coffee. That would be a nice touch as well, as we did not want to buy a can of coffee for such a short stay. I would have appreciated getting an email or some kind of communication from Annamaria prior to our arrival. Most of our VRBO hosts do that, just to confirm our time of arrival and explain how to get to property, etc. I called her when we arrived and it ended up being fine (except for those STEPS!) Overall, we were very happy with our stay. There is a large patio just a few steps from our building, with a little bistro for drinks and food.
