This historic home, overlooking Vernazza’s main square and its small harbor, has just been renovated to make it even more comfortable and unique. Major upgrades include: air conditioning in all rooms; a second bathroom with shower/hamam featuring chromotherapy and music via Bluetooth from your mobile phone; a brand-new kitchen with custom-designed furnishings and an ice maker; and, last but not least, two additional sleeping spaces (total capacity: 6 guests).

This spectacular home, located in the very heart of Vernazza on its iconic square, offers guests a vibrant and lively atmosphere. It is beautifully furnished with antique pieces collected from all over the world by its owner, a native of Vernazza.

The house comfortably accommodates up to six guests in two bedrooms and the living area: a double bedroom overlooking the living space, from which it is carefully and fully separated by curtains; a second bedroom with two custom-made single beds; and a comfortable sofa with two single beds that can be joined for couples.
A crib for children aged 0 to 3 is also available.

Just seconds from the house, you can immerse yourself in the true life of the village: aperitifs, swimming, sunbathing, walks, guided tours, and outdoor dining. The home is equipped with all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay to the fullest and feel right at home.

It is the ideal base for exploring the Cinque Terre, the Ligurian Riviera (Portofino, Portovenere, San Fruttuoso di Camogli, Rapallo, Santa Margherita, etc.), and some of Italy’s most beautiful art cities (Pisa, Florence, Siena, Genoa, etc.).

The house measures 70 sqm and was originally built on a single level; it has since been reorganized into multiple levels at different heights, creating a clear hierarchy of spaces and enhancing the perception of openness.

A beautiful place above the piazza in Vernazza. At night, with the windows open, we listened to the ocean. The location is perfect. The host was a great communicator. Highly recommend staying here if you are going to Cinque Terre.

If heaven has a VRBO, it must be this one! Unique is an excellent way to describe this perfect place from the location right on the piazza looking out on the action to the amazing interior decorating and spacious layout. I was expecting great but it way exceeded our expectations. If you visit Vernazza, it is the place to stay. Our host, Stefania did great with communication and is very welcoming. Thank you for such a magical time.

Beautiful apartment in the amazing town of Vernazza. The location was right off the square and was ideal for shopping, hiking the trails or enjoying the beach. The flat was beautifully decorated with sea views. Only thing to note, the washing machine was not in the flat, but was a laundry mat at the top of the hill. Highly recommend staying here if you want to truly enjoy all Vernazza has to offer.

The perfect place to stay for a visit to Cinque Terre! Vernazza is a gem, and we were able to walk out the front door and swim off the beach and from the pier. Delicious restaurant within minutes of the front door. The apartment itself was beautifully maintained - so quaint and comfortable. With three air conditioners (one in each bedroom and one in the main living area)! We had a restful, magical, and very comfortable stay! Thank you Stefania!

The location of this property is fabulous. Right on the square in Vernazza. Stefania is a great communicator and addressed our questions/issues immediately. If you haven’t visited this part of Italy be prepared to do a lot of uphill walking and stairs. Stafania’s place has 20 steep stairs to navigate from the plaza as well as a few steps in the apartment. My travel partner was disappointed in the twin bed in the very small room as the mattress is very hard. Overall our stat was comfortable with basic amenities.

Lovely view into the courtyard/Marina. Beautifully styled apartment. It was a lovely place to hide out and watch tv because it poured for most of our nights. Tv has streaming (Netflix, Apple TV etc).

very charming apartment, tastefully furnished; equipped and functional kitchen (missing dishwasher); two comfortable and clean bathrooms. To get to the apartment you have to cross the entire course of the village and climb a rather steep flight of stairs.Everything was fine
