Room was clean. Staff were nice and friendly. The location is about 2 miles away from center of Assisi. Need to buy a couple of €1.3 tickets good for 80 minutes; to go in Assisi and back to hotel daily .

The hotel was conveniently located near Pesaro Train station and Rossini Theater where we gave a concert.
The room is spacious. We stayed from 5/18 to 5/20. The room temprature was a bit chilly without heating. The basic breakfast was provided with juice, cappuccino, yogurt, croissants, etc.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
