The staff was very friendly and welcoming!! It was clean and cozy with different dinning options and a rooftop cafe. Overall everything was right there with lots of other options not to far to drive to. Already booked to go back :)

The room is spacious, clean and quiet. My only disappointment was the only restaurant option didn't offer vegetarian options. It's in an isolated area so it just meant getting in the car again. There's a great small town less than 15 minutes where i found what i needed.

We always stay here when dropping off and picking up our college student and have always liked it. But this time our visit was different. They did away with the Continental Breakfast on Weekends, even though when I booked it through Expedia, it said they have a Continental Breakfast for the day of our stay. To make it worse, when we checked in Friday night, a manager who checked me in told me when the continental breakfast started and where it was, but when we went there the next morning, there was nothing. We asked at the front desk and were told they stopped it on weekends...only have it on weekdays. We ended up going to the restaurant downstairs and getting a cinnamon roll which was the worst cinnamon roll I've ever had. There was really no cinnamon so it was bread with icing. Very disappointing the whole situation. We are rethinking where we stay now when there.

I stayed the night for business and it was an average hotel, good for a night's sleep. Pros - Soft towels, comfy pillows, good temp control. Cons - Carpet wasn't vacuumed and there was obvious paper on the floor. Outside the hotel smelled like the air freshener in a bathroom which was off-putting but inside wasn't bad. Lack of dining options - nothing close to hotel except the casino in which the dining options were about to close by the time I got to the hotel.

Everything would have been fine but the floors in the bathroom and in the room were clearly not vacuumed… we were not happy at to how we paid good money for a casino night for my birthday getaway

Twin beds are not Double beds
My wife and kids stayed here for a hockey tournament in Utica. The room was quite small and the beds were twin sized beds. It didn’t meet expectations. It cannot accommodate 4 people.

The room was very dirty when I checked in. Also, the service was very poor. Also housekeeping woke me up at 8 o’clock in the morning when I had a new two nights stay and they also didn’t add nothing that I asked for like necessities like extra towels, extra blankets the service really sucked
