"We were leaving to drive to vero for our stay. The rear glass of my car shatrered. When I called to cancel, I called the hotel 1st. Jennifer told me Expedia has a strict cancelation policy, but she was very sorry. When I spoke to Expedia it became clear Jennifer lied and it was the hotels policy. I do not like liars. Who knows what else they are lying about. So I will never stay here with those antics."
