This light-filled space in Central Beach features a new kitchen/appliances, coffee maker, brand new washer/dryer, tile flooring, and all new comfortable furniture. TVs in the living room and master bedroom. The master includes an ensuite bathroom and large walk-in closet and comfortable king size bed. The apartment building only has 10 units, is very private and best of all everyone is very friendly/easy going/quiet.

There is a pool with beautiful oak trees surrounding the entire property. Covered parking. Just one block from gourmet Italian market, and three blocks from other GREAT restaurants and the beach!! 2nd story apt. with no elevator. No pets allowed. No smoking.

ABOUT THE AREA: The apartment is in the Central Beach area on the barrier island in Vero Beach. It is within a 3-minute driving distance to Ocean Drive shopping and dining, Riverside Theatre, Riverside Park, Vero Beach Museum of Art, playgrounds and of course the beach! You can also walk to Ocean Drive... the walk is lovely and will take about 20 minutes. Feel free to rent a golf cart from a local vendor or rent bikes during your stay! 5-7 minute walk to the beach. Surrounding neighborhood is very quiet and on shady, oak lined streets.

RENTAL TERMS: We have wifi internet and cable. If you purchase movies or add anything to cable just pay us at end of stay. You can login to any of your Netflix or other strea,ing accounts on both TVs. If the electric bill goes over $100/month tenant will pay any overages (a typical electric bill is $80/month, and this has never happened in the past). Deposit required and will be refunded within 20 days. The cleaning fee pays for the apartment to be cleaned before you arrive and after you leave. Discount given if rented for four consecutive months. No pets or smoking.
