Sip your morning coffee on the ocean-front balcony, enjoying the sunrise while pelicans pass by. Take advantage of the private beach access from the property, to dip your toes in the surf/sand as you stroll .3 miles for a picnic at the Jaycee park. In season take in the numerous sea turtle nesting sites. Interested in a change, the good sized private heated pool on premises is also only steps from the condo.
This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, approximately 1,000 sq. ft. condo is the perfect sanctuary to enjoy beachfront living. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, TV, walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom including tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed with a trundle bed underneath, TV, perfect for sleeping 1-4 additional people. Second bathroom is complete with a walk-in shower. With the newly installed tankless water heater, you never have to worry about running out of hot water. This unit has also been entirely freshly painted.
The well-equipped kitchen has been recently remodeled, with new quartz counters, new tiled backsplash, new double stainless-steel sink, and new fixtures. A compact washer and dryer are also in the unit for your convenience.
Take in the sounds and view of the ocean while you grill on the wrap-around deck, with the supplied electric grill. There are plenty of chairs to enjoy this time on the balcony. To ensure a comfortable time, other amenities include:

This was our 3rd time at the property. It is absolutely fantastic. The property is very clean, and the location can't be beat. Steps from the wonderfool pool and beach, and the balcony provides an unobstructed view of the ocean just yards away. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed 2 weeks at this beautiful condo. Recently remodeled throughout, and they did a beautiful job. Had all the extras with beach gear, and then the really nice additions in the kitchen included a nice coffee maker and ninja blender. Lots of towels, with a nice washer and dryer. View of the beach was spectacular!

We have only good things to say. The condo and owner were exceptional. We were there for a month with no issues. In fact, almost anything needed was provided. Beautiful surroundings; the beach and the pool are just outside your door! There are some excellent restaurants in the area also. The Crab Stop is incredible! We ate there a few times. For history, the Navy Seal Museum is excellent. If you kayak or just enjoy water activities, Round Island State Park down the road is awesome. We highly recommend staying here.

The location of the condo is excellent. We loved the view, the excellent furnishing of the kitchen and other areas. We would suggest that safety bars be installed in both showers. The beach towels, chairs and umbrella were a huge bonus! 2nd bedroom is very small and uncomfortable even for just 2 people.
