We had a lovely stay at this property. My friend and I stayed one night here and the location is perfect, and the room was very clean and nice. The host was gracious and so helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, it was truly the perfect place to stay in Verona.

Great comfortable central accommodation
Excellent, central location in the heart of the arena district. Ideal for events, restaurants, museums and shopping. This accommodation is quaint and comfortable, clean and friendly. It was over 30 degrees outside day and night during our visit which challenged the air conditioning system but the addition of a flooring fan kept our room comfortable. The location is still relatively quiet, dispite its central location. There is a communal kitchen area giving access to cooking facilities, plenty of coffee and tea making etc at all times. All rooms have nice high ceilings and are simply but comfortably furnished. There were shared and private bathroom facilities available.

Fantastic with great location
Adorable hotel. Decor makes me smile. Location literally couldn't be better. The host was friendly and offered us a second room for free since it was unoccupied. Shared bathroom was great - personal bathroom was very small. Only other negative was quality of the sheets was cheap. Otherwise a great place!

I had a wonderful stay at art and coffee. I was in Verona for 2 days and this location was perfect. Super close to everything, you can walk everywhere! Shops, restaurants, major landmarks literally less than 5 min walk. The host was also very nice , very welcoming and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend ! Thank you !!

This was a perfect location for a one night stop in Verona to see the Opera. The rooms are fabulously decorated. The communal area had everything you need for a short or long stay. The hosts were great and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Quaint and convenient
We loved this quaint B and B. Everything we needed was on hand and the hosts were lovely. Very convenient for sightseeing. Had a trouble finding it and not speaking Italian we were sent in all directions. Recommend getting a taxi from the station especially with luggage. Once we got our bearings we had a fabulous stay.

Great location in Verona old town.
Verona is an amazing city and this room is close to everything. Bed was comfortable but shared bathroom. No reception desk. some guy walked into my room as I didn't lock door because my son was in bathroom next door. Weird. Breakfast was continental andclots of options. Air conditioning system not working, had to open window (October) and road noise was extremely loud well past midnight. Had to close window, then deal w hot room. Can't imagine this place in July if A/c not working. Overall decent experience because Verona is a great city and proximity to city center is close. Easy bus (1b) to/from Verona porta nova to old town (approx 1.5 euro each). You must call, text owner to get codes to enter doors. Wifi in Italy is tricky. Cafe around corner has wifi but you must buy something to get code. Wifi on property is good. Bathroom was clean. Kitchen looked clean but had a funny smell.

Good value for money
Good, clean hotel very close to the center of Verona with loads of shops, restaurants and things to do nearby. Free breakfast very decent. Overall good and good value for money.

A very cute Bed & Breakfast place
Art & Coffee was a charming little place with a wonderful host. The room was just like in the pictures - cozy and old fashioned italian country style. Bed was really comfortable and breakfast plentiful. It is perfectly located close to Arena di Verona and city center. Highly recommend the place if you are in the area and looking for something different than the average hotel.

We were very happy with the stay. The B&B is a gem, centrally located in Verona. The room was quiet and everything was super clean. The host was kind and friendly. Very good value for money!

We only stayed one night as we were stopping over in Verona for the opera on the way to Venice. Rooms are decorated very quirkily. Very floral, but comfortable. Separate bathroom down the hall worked just fine. Delightful host, Guiseppe. Very helpful. This place is on a quiet side street off a quiet side street. Easy walking to everything.

Im Zimmer gab es etliche tote und lebende Motten, die Handtücher waren dreckig. Mir wurde nicht einmal ein alternatives Zimmer angeboten, obwohl andere Zimmer im Internet als verfügbar angeboten wurden. Ich sollte das Zimmer so nehmen oder das Hotel verlassen.

gentile ospite , nella stanza lei ha trovato un paio di moscerini dovuti al caldo non previsto e mi sembra che abbia fatto un pò troppa scenata e di tutto per non volere rimanere ,,,,di camere non ne avevamo a disposizione al contrario di quello che dice lei..Spero abbia trovato una altra soluzione visto che da me non è rimasta a dormire quindi ha fatto una inutile recensione

Cute and quaint.
A one night stay. Would gladly return if returning. Nice cute homey place. I probably did not pay attention so had not noticed I booked a shared bathroom and a do it yourself breakfast. It was completely fine, just unexpected... An instruction poster could have been useful. Excellent location.

アリーナでの野外オペラを聴きに行くために宿泊したので、アリーナから近く、宿泊料も高すぎない点が良かったです。部屋は広く良いベッドで、冷房も十分に効いて、快適に過ごすことができました。

Vérone est superbe . Art&Coffee est très central. Calme et oropre Très bonne literie Seul bémol : la salle de bain de la chambre 1 est extérieure à la chambre et n'a pas d'aération... mauvaise odeur. Il conviendrait de mettre une vmc plus forte

Tolle Lage mitten in der historischen Altstadt. Von dort ist alles fußläufig bestens zu erreichen. Die Einrichtung und auch Bettwäsche könnten etwas aufgepäppelt werden. Wirkt etwas altmodisch. Trotzdem alles topssauber
