A brilliant stay in Verona and a fabulous hotel right in the centre of the old city walls. Thanks to Michael and the team for their brilliant service and breakfasts, will definitely return. Definitely deserves another star!

A real surprise
Out of all the hotels we booked for our travels around Northern Italy, this is probably the one we considered to be the most "basic". Well, we were wrong. This place ended up being our favourite hotel we've been to. Super modern, large bathroom with an amazing shower, comfortable bed and a decent sized TV (for hiding from the midday 40 degree sun!). We plan to revisit Verona, and will probably stay here again!

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel as it is a *** It is bright, modern, comfortable and super convenient for shopping, sightseeing and eating out. We were literally a 5 minute walk from the main shopping street. We had a family room which was in the eaves. It was very clean and modern with a TV, gorgeous big bathroom and shower, fridge and coffee machine, AC. Breakfast was included which surprised me as it wasn’t clear on my booking. 7am-10am. Staff were helpful and professional. A super find!

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, the hotel staff superb especially Denise. A delicious breakfast and best cappuccino ever. Shopping and dining options close by. A perfect location and I would stay there again in a heart beat.

Fantastico!
Fabulous hotel in very convenient location for all the sights, it was a perfect base for us! Very comfy beds and huge rooms and bathrooms. Highly recommend!

Great hotel. steps away from Verona city center and the staff was very helpful throughout my stay. Great breakfast in the morning and a smooth checkout made for a relaxing last day in Verona.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was for a single night in Verona and the location was just perfect – we walked everywhere and it is very close to all main city attractions. The check in was extremely easy and they were truly a pet friendly hotel ($10 fee only). Staff was great and told us we could park right in front of the hotel. Highly recommend!

Super stay in the heart of Verona
Fantastic location. Right in the heart of the city and everything is within 5min walk. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel and room was pristine, newly renovated and to a great standard. Air con worked a treat in the room, just remember all windows need to be closed then set it. Never tried breakfast so can’t comment. Would happily stay here again. We got a taxi from Verona airport with our heavy bags, cost €34 and was worth it for us as you will be a 5/10min walk taking buses, or 20min from train station.

Amazing hotel and location!
Extremely happy with our stay! Loved the location, it was walking distance to all the main attractions yet it was a quiet and clean area. The room was spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. To top it off the staff was very nice and helpful.

Nice hotel
Checkin was fine,with helpful girl on reception. Should have twigged that something was wrong re breakfast when serving times were not given. Hotel is new so everything is immaculate. Good useable room with everything you would need. Aircon good and much needed in 35 degrees! Bathroom was modern with large cubicle. Unfortunately the rainfall shower head sent the water horizontally and was no use. There was a handheld which did the job. The tray also leaks This would have been mentioned at checkout, had it not been a total shambles. We did not manage breakfast on the first morning as we were too late. Second morning, did go down. Not impressed! The server couldnt be bothered to tell me what was available ( no buffet due to covid). I asked for two orange juice, and got lidl multivitamin. A black americano,and got an italian coffee with milk. Two croissants, some butter and jam were brought to the table,and he never came back! Other guests seemed to have better luck, with fruit, pastries and cereal. Must not have liked the look of us! Didnt bother on the third morning as it wasn't worth the effort. On checkout, the person insisted that our prepaid room was not paid for, and tried to charge us for breakfast, even though it was billed as "free" on my booking. Wifi -ask for 2 codes . Only one of us could get access. Special shout out to the night receptionist. He was very helpful. My son had terrible mozzie bites and he got ice twice for him. Excellent chap.

Fantastically located in the heart of the old town. Breakfast was quite standard. Room was comfortable, though we got an accessible room. No fitness area. Buffet closing at 10am and check-out at 11am is a bit on the early side.

I pearl of hotel!
This hotel is new, the room was nice , very clean and confortable. Tha breakfast was very good, with fruits, yogurts, many kids of fresh bread and cakes. The hotel is very cengtral on Verona. Just one of the staff was in a bed mood .... and he wasn´t pleasent...
