Was a very comfortable room and bed. I was lucky to have my own washroom and not have to share like other guests. Wanted to check in early to drop off my bag and was told I could. But once I got to the property there was nobody to meet me or no direction or information on how to contact anybody once I arrived there but all in all was a great stay and slept very well the night I stayed there

Great location and clean room. No complaints about the property. Only issue was the management. Nobody was there to check us out in the morning. Needed up having to call and dude that answered the phone clearly was just waking up. Other than that our room was exactly as listed and so was the bathroom although not connected to the room. If you are trying to do Verona on a budget definitely worth a look but also the service isn’t great so keep that in mind.

The location is the key factor in this property. It's really central. The rooms are basically in an apartment building. You need the key to enter the building and then one to get into the main apt, and then one for your room (and your bathroom). The room itself is fine, however you do share the climate control with the rest of the apartment and the other rooms. Also, it's very easy to hear your neighbors. The big issue is the key pick up and the luggage storage. You gotta arrange a time to pick up the keys, and hope there is someone who is around to give it to you. Total problem if your phone doesn't work. Also there is no real luggage storage and getting back into the apt to pick up luggage is a problem. I kept texting the manager about luggage storage, and he just didn't bother responding.

Very confusing situation. They would not respond to any of my communications, not even to confirm that they saw them. They had given us a checkout time in a digital communication, but then disagreed with it in person, which is very strange. Refused to believe written evidence. We had a bathroom to share with I don't know many other interconnected rooms. Also locatated in a dirty noisy part of town. Will not recommend.

This property was in an excellent location to access central Verona It was clean , a little odd as no window in the room only the bathroom. Also check in was very unclear as was the general access Better instructions would possibly help

Location, location, location!
Very nice room with huge bathroom and a terrace. No view but still nice. Location is fantastic! Staff very friendly! Public kitchen area with coffee, water, Grappa, etc. The strange stuff: Entry door from street not well marked. There are no room numbers. Found out the hard way that all rooms have the same key so no security from other guests. (Pro tip, leave the key in door turned part way while in the room. This prevents anyone from being able to use key from other side.) No TV. Nothing but sheer curtains on large bathroom window. Even with these issues I would consider staying here again.1

Great location. As other guests described, there was no sign to find the place. But staff was waiting outside of the street during check-in time. This is a 3 bdr and 3 bth apartment on 2nd floor. You will hear garbage truck passing by every early morning. Only one room is able to fit 3 people, the rest 2 rooms are one bed. If you have family of 3, beware to ask in advance. They do have 3 separate private bathrooms. Each room gets one but it is not un-suite. One of the bathroom smells. This is not bed and breakfast, JUST bed. Don't pay extra to get breakfast ( because they don't provide it, even you paid to Expedia). False advertisement. Roberto was very accommodating, he provided cushions for us to use at oprea.

A disposizione degli ospiti c'è una cucina attrezzata e corredata del necessario per prepare in autonomia colazione con prodotti da acquistare nei supermecati vicini (stessa via).

Fabulous place, perfect location. Easy walking distance to central Verona. Room was light and airy. Tea and coffee facilities provided just outside the room in the lobby. Roberto provided us with a list of places to eat. We popped out to the supermarket (almost next door) for fresh baked pastries for a lazier breakfast.

I like the location of the property, within walkable distance to the popular areas eg. arena/food and pubs. There is also a few supermarkets nearby which is convenient. Roberto is very approachable and responsive on Whatsapp, but it is quite hard to communicate on phone due to language barrier, so I prefer to contact him via whatsapp. The building is not very easy to locate because there isn't any sign or eye-catching sticker on the doorbell, it took us a while to locate the property.

Our host was good. He worked with us; accommodating our needs. However it was way too much work to get into the unit, 4 different keys. The room also does not look like the picture. It’s perfect if you are on a tight budget.

Nice property and super central location, however get ready to be ignored if you call late morning before the check in time. Moreover, even after the check in time, when you are supposed to receive the keys, the landlord could be in a supermarket doing the grocery so you have to wait the Italian 5 minutes (which are 25 in real time)

This is not a hotel, it's an apartment with three rooms, and the bathrooms are not inside the room!! It's super uncomfortable, and they sell it like a hotel. The location was great, and the place was clean, but the rooms were sad, which was not what I expected.

La signora ha prenotato da sè le camere con bagno esterno privato (con questo nome sono pubblicizzate) quindi è ben chiaro che bisogna uscire dalla camera per andare in bagno. Non è vero che proponiamo le nostre camere come camere d'hotel. La verità è che qualcuno prenota senza leggere bene la descrizione dell'alloggio e guarda solo alla convenienza del prezzo :)

Good: Fiore was a wonderful host. The breakfast kitchen was well stocked. He had seat pads for us to borrow to take to the opera. Very close to the Arena. Not as good: the towels were not in the rooms, but in the communal bathrooms, so there was not a guarantee to get a towel for a shower. Bad: the price. My daughter found this same booking for more than $50 euro cheaper on a hostel website. I will not be using Expedia to book lodging in the future.

As a solo girl traveling, I prefer hotels as there are more interactions with people. However, this property was EXTREMELY clean. It was spotless and crisp! The restroom is outside of the bedroom which luckily, I did not have to share, but if that is a privacy concern for anyone, the restroom is not in the bedroom itself. Finding the entrance was a little difficult, but owner was very responsive. He does not accept any card payment so be sure to either pay in full online or be ready to run to an ATM for some cash. Nonethless, as a clean freak myself, this place was utterly pristine.
