Great staff and quality of service. Room and bed are very comfortable. Only complaint, if you have an EV, there is only 1 Chargepoint with only 1 of the 2 JT1772 chargers working! Hotel guest is supposed to be able to use the chargers at Turning Stone casino (10 min. walk) and the staff offered to have the shuttle drive me back. Nice of her; but the Fairfield Inn up the road has 3 Chargepoints on site! Hampton Inn is commendable for being the first Hilton hotel to have EV charging a few years back; but others are catching up and surpassing you in this department!

Great hotel, clean, new, comfy beds, nice shower, quiet, tasty breakfast, etc.
Two flaws:
Alarm that the last guest set woke me up at 5:30 AM. Would be good for housekeeping to have caught that before I did!
Paper plates and disposable cutlery in the breakfast area need to go. In 2024 this is inexcusable.

Beautiful room. It is a great place to stay. I would definitely book a night at the Hampton Inn again. Be careful to check the temperature in the fridge because all my food froze.

Had to call shuttle 3 times to get picked up, it’s a 1 minute drive from casino to hotel and waited 40 minutes. But the worst part was the room was infested with ants

We felt the property itself was very clean and still in “new” condition. However repeated nights of 3am wake ups from drunk and rowdy idiots in the front door kept us up and without sleep. If you can request a higher floor it may help limit some of the noise.

Really great guest service upon check in. Rooms clean and quiet. Great proximity to Turning Stone Casino. Only a one minute drive. A great alternative to save some money compared to staying at casino.

Some staff was nice others felt like they didn't like there jobs lobby had a lot off people in at and was noisy til about 10 there was someone sleeping in the lobby all night I don't know if that is a normal thing the hotel room was beautiful very clean and comfortable

I really liked the room and how updated the bathroom was. I loved that both the bathroom and the room had three hooks each to hand clothes, towels, etc. Most hotel rooms have one hook total. Very quiet and clean. Love the 24 hour shuttle as well. Will go back.

I booked a king size bed and when got to the property they sold all the king beds and we had to settle for a double room, they didnt offer anything off the room and when questioned about it, they just said it was company policy. i guess a reservation made 2 months in advance doesnt actual reserve you a room afterall. we booked through travelocity, so they wouldnt even give a break on price for this visit or the next

Room was not ready at time of check in and front desk couldn’t provide an estimate as to when a room would be ready. This was disappointing as we had an event to get to and needed the room to get ourselves ready. Worker was apologetic…ish. Breakfast was ice cold by 830am when it was scheduled until 10am. The window shade in the room needs to come with directions. I ended up giving the entire highway quite the show because we couldn’t figure out how to get it to go down. Overall, too expensive for what you get, but a decent stay and the location was close to Turning Stone. Free shuttle provided also.
