The welcome from all the staff was first rate in gact all the staff were amazing. The location of the hotel is perfect to explore the city. Hotel is a little dated and needs a refresh but its in an old building. Breakfast was a little disappointing. That said I would stay there again

Lovely,lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. Reception staff were so welcoming and helpful.The lady in the breakfast room remembered our coffee preferences without us having to ask. Room was teeny tiny but was adequate for our short stay.Room didn't have aircon which meant window open to the noise of the street. The location was absolutely perfect,so close to the Arena and all the sights we wanted to visit. Also the buses were in the Piazza Bra, too.

2 night stay. Room was a really good size,vwe had a triple. Fridge in room useful. Staff are really nice, very friendly atmosphere. Breakfast was really nice too, great coffee. Location is amazing, literally 1 minute walk to the arena.
