Great location and lovely apartment

The owner Laurent is amiable and a pleasure to talk to. The apartment is lovely and in a splendid location. Only a couple of small issues: the internet did not work so we could not get access to wifi and the upper level with the bed gets truly hot on summer days even with the air conditioner on (which actually is not terribly effective and rattles at times), That said, the place was delightful and Laurent’s kindness and eagerness to help was noticeable.

Apartement absolument charmant

Le séjour était super ! L'appartement sur deux étages est meublé avec beaucoup de goût et une grande attention aux détails. Les plafonds en bois et la vue sur la cour pittoresque sont magnifiques. La salle de bain supérieure avec un haut plafond possède une grande fenêtre mansardée qui laisse entrer une belle lumière naturelle. Au fait, le WiFi fonctionnait à merveille ! Et à seulement 10 minutes à pied de l'arène. Dans l'ensemble, absolument recommandé !

Negativa,in quanto appena arrivati non potevamo entrare dentro l'appartamento in quanto la chiave non apriva la porta e per 2 ore siamo rimasti sul pianerottolo.. riusciti dopo 2 ore ad entrare c'era un disastro...tutto sporco,letti disfatti,piatti sporchi dentro il lavandino,sul tavolo tutti i resti delle colazioni,bagni con asciugamani sporche a terra ecc... Non vi erano per come scritto asciugamani, lenzuola di ricambio ,piena di polvere Casa caldissima ... condizionatori non funzionanti.... abbiamo sofferto,non abbiamo dormito per tutto il soggiorno cioè 8 notti..e non ho usufruito della cucina in quanto non vi erano neanche le pentole per cucinare... Abbiamo dovuto comprare tutto quello che serviva.... asciugamani compresi Nel bagno superiore non arriva l'acqua e dagli scarichi dei lavandini veniva fuori puzza di fogna.Un vero disastro!!

Super apartment - comfortable, styles, well-equipped. It is at a vety good place - close to the old center and bus stops. There is no wifi, but we had mobile net. 😊

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 30/12 al 02/01, l’appartamento è in una posizione ottima e non abbiamo avuto bisogno della macchina per visitare il centro storico di Verona. L’appartamento è molto carino, ottimo per 2 persone e il proprietario è stato molto gentile e reperibile!
