My room was perfect for a 3 night stay. Bigger than I thought it would be for a supposedly solo room. The front desk staff were very friendly and i felt very safe staying here as a solo traveller.

Our experience can only be translated in one multilingual word WOW This have been my 3 rd visit to Venezia myself and i have not experienced this type of service , quality and wow factor . The establishment , its history and location was only the beginning of our Wow factor. I can honestly say the entire staff brought it to a level that i never saw before and can only dream to receive in the future again . "The staff was amazing but the one drawback was the location. It was hard to get to by foot from the train station- almost off the beaten track. It looks like it’s right next door on the map but you have to go all the way around and across a boulevard. A car would’ve made a big difference."
