I would stay here again...great value for a decent room. This is a business hotel, so don't expect staff to bend over backwards for you, to have luxury room/bed. Location was stellar, which is why I made a last minute decision to move to this location. Thank you to the nice woman putting out breakfast for letting me know as soon as she was done setting up as I was always the first there for early morning tours and in a rush. Nice that water and coffee machine are always available in the breakfast area. Downside, bar/food was not available in the evenings on the weekend. My room was close to the breakfast area but had a very visible water/mold mark on the ceiling. Shower was a nuce size and great hot water/pressure so I just didn't look up :). Even though I was there for several nights I was never able to order of the app/online menus, so apologies, not sure if that is a great experience or not. I'm a solo traveler so afteralong day it's nice to take advantage of hotel bar/food but the local bars were fun and safe.

Some of the breakfast was not very hot! The staff were extremely polite friendly and helpful. The shops were not far away

Beautiful historic building. Rare atmosphere in a restaurant and throughout hotel. Staff very professional happy to help in any moment. Very knowledgeable. Rooms have everything traveller needs. Very clean. Location amazing. Definitely my favourite place. I ever stayed. I’ll be back hotel Moscow.
