AMAZING VILLA WITH PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL

  • Villa Diadema is a fairly modern villa of 240 sq m with a fantastic pool of meters 6 x 12.

    Its location is favourable for the beach, being equidistant from various well-known seaside resorts: it is 7 km from Spotorno, 7 km from Noli, 10 km from Finale Ligure and 11 km from Bergeggi with its island.
    The strong points are the great tranquility of the place and the privacy of the garden around the house, with two porticoes, a swimming pool, wood oven and barbecue for your convivial moments.

    The property has been recently renovated and consists of:

    - on the ground floor, a large living area with large windows and a view of the swimming pool, a modern kitchen, a bedroom (with a bed 140x200), a bathroom with a shower and two washbasins and a laundry.

    - upstairs, two double bedrooms, a bedroom with two single beds, a room used as a large walk-in closet and the second bathroom with a large semi-circular bath and shower.

Very nice Villa in Liguria

We have enjoyed our stay very much. The villa is located wonderful in the mountains above Spotorno and Finale Ligure. The villa is well equipped, but everything is there for (just) 10 persons once. A small draw back is that you do not have good protection against moscitos at the windows, that’s why you need to keep the windows closed in the late afternoon and evening, making some of the bedrooms quite warm/ hot. Two rooms ( master bedroom and a children’s room with two separate beds).

Peaceful gem in the Ligurian hills

This is a beautiful house, pool and garden situated 10 minutes from the coast. The local towns of Noli and Spotorno are worth visiting, as is Genoa, which has a wonderful aquarium; but our favourite place to be was at the villa, relaxing by the pool or on the terrace. Marco and Carla are friendly hosts and a pleasure to deal with.

Okay, mehr aber auch nicht

Das Haus ist gross und geräumig. Auch der Garten ist gross und bietet genug Platz für Spiele. Die Küche und Bäder waren mehr oder weniger sauber, auch Bettzeug sauber. Sonst eher schmuddelig (Spinnen und Spinnweben in den Ecken). Das Schlafzimmer im EG hat keine Klimaanlage. Pool wurde die ganze Woche nicht gereinigt (obwohl uns dies angekündigt wurde und auch jemand vorbei kam, aber nichts tat). Alles in allem haben wir für diesen Preis mehr erwartet.

Haus sehr gross und gut eingerichtet; zwei Schlafzimmer haben allerdings keine Air conidition, sodass man immer alle Türen offen lassen muss, damit die gekühlte Luft auch dorthin zirkuliren kann. Tolle Wiese und riesiger Pool. Abwaschmaschine hat nicht richtig funktioniert (nur kalt gewaschen, Schimmel in der Maschine, zudem ist Geschirrkorb immer aus der Schiene gerutscht und hat Sprüharm blockiert); Besitzer war sehr bemüht das Problem zu lösen, aber Techniker konnte leider erst nach unserem Aufenthalt kommen. Leider etwas abgelegen; braucht unbedingt Auto. In der Nachbarschaft viele Hunde, die unangenehm bellen, wenn man vorbeigeht. Zum Glück waren diese eingesperrt. Beim Spazieren ein grosses Wildschwein im Wald angetroffen - dieses ist zum Glück auch erschrocken und davongerannt. Fazit: toller Ort, um als Familie Zeit miteinander zu verbringen! Umgebung mässig, per Auto erreicht man aber Einkaufen und wunderschöne Küstenorte problemlos.

2-weeks @ Diadema in July

Our two families with 4 children aged 1.5 to 15 years spent a 2-week vacation at Diadema mid of July. The villa is spacious, well equipped and perfectly located. A stone’s throw away, i.e. 10-15mins drive are the cities/towns of Spotorno, Noli (our favourite), Varigotti, Finale Ligure and Finalborgo. All of them worthwhile exploring and inviting for splendid food, shopping or just strolling the alleys and promenades. Noli and Varigotti offering nice open beaches, while in Spotorno it was even possible to get spots in the Bagnis (normally close to impossible in Italy around July/August). Speaking of July/August: Diadema being situated in the hills, it pleasantly cools down at nights; a few degrees less make quite a difference during the hot summer months. For those into (mountain-)biking: the famous “24H of Finale” track and other endless trails are right behind the house. Mind blowing views included. Also, walking distance from the house is a small shop offering most necessities and yummy local delicacies. Super friendly and forthcoming owners -- even catering to special requests by my pregnant better half. For our kids the highlight were the swimming pool and garden -both huge & very well maintained- that became their playground for two weeks. We had a wonderful time. Grazie Marco. Grazie Carla. Un Sogno - Ein Traum

Ambiente molto curato ed arredato con gran cura. Tutto conforme alla descrizione. Locato in un residence tranquillo, pulito silenzioso e ordinato, a pochi chilometri dalle spiagge più belle. Auto propria consigliata. Il proprietario Marco é sempre stato disponibile e cordiale. Casa sicuramente consigliato sia per famiglie con bimbi, sia per un gruppo di amici che vogliono passare una vacanza spensierata. Noi siamo stati due famiglie con tre bimbi e siamo riuciti di avere una vacanza relax.

Beautiful Location

Nice house, it has everything what you need. The garden and the pool are very huge, we almost stayed outside.... Beds are ok, lavatories are also good, many seating possibilities.. At our arrival, no toilet paper, salt, pepper, oil ect.was available, the basic stuff should be there! 20 mins to the beautiful town at the sea Finale Ligure, nice surroundings, par example for little hiking trips In general: Great location!
