"Beautiful, walkable, great amenities. Only negative: weird lighting in room/bathroom. Not bright enough and impossible to figure out the switches. Badly designed light scheme in a great space! "

"We came here as a home base to see lake como, bellagio and the local gardens and it was perfect for myself and my 2 college age kids. We had the 1 bdrm apt and it was perfect! The staff are so kind and accommodating! We had a long day of travel and they communicated with us to make sure we could check in upon arrival. The buffet breakfast buffet was amazing, we took pics in the garden, close to bus stop to town, and the spa we reserved for the 3 of us which had a great jacuzzi, steam and sauna with snacks! Great for a long day of walking. When we return we will definitely stay again. Highly recommend! Big thank you to Daesha, Alesia, and the manager Elisabetta for all your help and for making our trip so memorable! 😊"

"Everything was fine, room comfortable. Excellent shower! Breakfast (buffet) was somehow included and it was plentiful. Requested a decaf cappuccino and they got me one. They also remembered my request the following day! Drinks at the bar were good but a bit expensive (in CAD$)"
