Une fois arrivé au Mercure 4*… Télévision qui ne fonctionne pas, plus de place sur le parking à 20:30, pas de gel douche dans la SDB… pour un surclassement en 4 étoiles… c’est limite… très limite. Il faudrait penser à se poser les bonnes questions. Personnellement je ne me les pose plus concernant ces deux établissements ; a fuir, next....

"Our experience at Demeure Flore was exceptional and one of a kind. Fracesco welcomed us warmly and made us the best meal of our trip which we enjoyed in his lovely garden nestled in the French countryside. Our room was spacious and sparkling clean and it was like finding an oasis after a few long days of travel. The only sad thing was we were only able to stay one night. We hope to return some day. "Turned up to hotel at 2.45 door locked with notice stating staff returning at 5pm. Still nobody at 5.15. Other clients arrived stating they had received an email from owner with code entrance and room number. We did not! Tried ringing owner.Taking the initiative we worked out from the register what rooms were taken so we took a key. The hotel is smelly, dark and very unwelcoming. "Eine Oase der Ruhe und Erholung!Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute genossen und konnten uns bei bestem Wetter wunderbar erholen. Besonders gefallen haben uns der traumhafte Ausblick, die zahlreichen Sitz- und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, die Outdoorküche und die ruhige Lage, die diesen Ort zu etwas ganz besonderem macht. Hier fällt es leicht, den Alltag hinter sich zu lassen und neue Kraft zu tanken. Durch die vielen Kühlmöglichkeiten, war auch der weite Weg zum Einkaufen kein Problem. Die Kinder haben den Pool geliebt und ausgiebig genutzt. Maya und Arno waren jederzeit erreichbar, ausgesprochen herzlich und standen uns bei allen Fragen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Dafür möchten wir uns ganz herzlich bedanken. Wir nehmen viele schöne Erinnerungen mit nach Hause und kommen sehr gerne wieder!Eine absolute Empfehlung für alle, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit suchen"

"Si on souhaite sortir de la ville, ce séjour à la campagne est idéal. Bien sûr, avec tout ce que cela implique : des animaux à proximité (de jolies ânesses et des moutons) des mouches...bref, les désagréments classiques de la campagne. Mais si on fait abstraction de cela, on sera séduit par les magnifiques paysages et l'accueil convivial qui nous est fait. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques.À préciser peut-être que la chambre en mezzanine a une petite hauteur. Pour nous, c'était une agréable parenthèse. Merci."

"We had a great stay. The staff were all quite helpful and very kind. Our room was beautiful and a perfect location, right near the center plaza in Castres. We felt so comfortable in the hotel we made full use of the amenities: afternoon drinks on the terrace, evening meal in the restaurant, and breakfast the next day. All excellent. I highly recommend the Grand Hotel."

"Une grande maison pleine de charme et de caractère, très loin des standards impersonnels de certaines locations. Grande pièce à vivre traversante avec une belle cuisine, éclairée par de nombreuses et grandes baies vitrées. La maison est très grande et chacun peut avoir son espace.Très beau jardin pour profiter de vues magnifiques. Malgré un temps incertain nous avons passé un excellent week-end !Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires très gentils et à l’écoute. Merci !"
