A due passi dalla spiaggia e dal centro storico di Viareggio, «Casa Vacanze Paolina» è una tipica casa viareggina recentemente ristrutturata.

Il monolocale è collocato al piano terra ed è perfetto per 1 o 2 persone.

Per chi ha necessità di parcheggiare la macchina, è possibile comprare un pass per lasciare la macchina negli spazi blu in prossimità della casa per il periodo di tempo del vostro soggiorno.
Dopo aver superato un ingresso condiviso, sulla destra si trova la porta che dà accesso a questo monolocale la cui particolarità è di aver mantenuto a vista una parete originale delle case "alla viareggina" e risalente ai primi del 1900.

Arredato con cura e ricco di dettagli il monolocale presenta una piccola ma fornita cucina arricchita con un'isola e due sgabelli che la separano dalla zona giorno.

Quest'ultima diventa facilmente una comoda zona notte e, grazie alle tapparelle, è possibile oscurare completamente suoni e rumori provenienti dall'esterno.


Con la mia famiglia gestisco il ristorante Prato Verde e degli appartamenti a Chiatri, una località sulle colline lucchesi a 20 minuti di macchina da Viareggio. Per ogni esigenza potrete contattarmi telefonicamente e provvederò a risolvere eventuali problemi o a fornire consigli nel minor tempo possibile.

Per la posizione al piano terra e la conformazione della casa, questo alloggio è particolarmente fresco e confortevole anche durante i mesi più caldi.
