Private: large garden wildlife garden and trees, natural garden. Terrace, garden furniture. Heating available only from 01.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Public parking on the road. Grocery 600 m, supermarket, restaurant 100 m, bar 100 m, bakery 500 m, bicycle rental 600 m, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Viareggio" 2.8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, surf school, sailing school 500 m, tennis 2 km, sports centre 2 km. Nearby attractions: Firenze 90 km, Pisa 25 km, Lucca 25 km, Forte dei Marmi 15 km, Pietrasanta 12 km, Cinque Terre 50 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Massaciuccoli 6 km. Ferienhaus mit Verbesserungsbedarf

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, es fehlt jedoch eine Klimaanlage und das kleine Bad soll renoviert werden. Die Gegend ist nicht so schön (Nähe vom Hafen mit vielen Yacht-Werften) und es gibt viel Verkehr (Mopeds, Motorräder, Autos) in der Straße, die zum Hafen / Strand fährt. Ein Pluspunkt ist, dass man ins Zentrum 15 Minuten laufen kann und in der Nähe einen Wald zum Spazieren gibt.
