A comfortable apartment of approximately 65 square metres, sleeping up to 5 people, located on the ground floor of a building with an lift. It is just a few minutes’ walk from the Viareggio train station, the beaches, the pine forest, the market, and other attractions in the city centre.

- BATHROOM with shower, bidet, and toilet;

- 2 BALCONIES.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily heating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Please note that check-ins outside the specified hours must be arranged directly with the property and are subject to the following surcharges:
