"The location is amazing. House is surrounded by hills and valleys. Perfect view of Tuscany. Plenty of amenities. Very spacious and clean house. Stay is on the second floor so be prepared to carry the luggage. There are two bathrooms but only one shower. The shower drain was not properly draining so was a bit of an inconvenience since we were 8. Good for smaller groups. Highly recommend this stay. I was there during the end of March, was a bit chilly but I am sure it will be more beautiful in...

There are several places where you can sit outside including a balconyIt is a peaceful location. The swimming pool is super. A perfect location to unwind and relax with friends or family."

"Beautiful surroundings. There are several apartments in one building. It is quite noisy: our upstairs neighbours (a family with two children) moved the chairs until late in the evening and you can almost literally hear conversations. The house is very simply furnished: no television, no dishwasher. The kitchen is moderately equipped. The garden makes up for a lot; lots of space, nice swimming pool."

It made a great base for visits to Florence We drove about 20 mins to the centre of Prato and took a 30 minute train journey into the centre of Florence just €20 return for four of us. "Wir waren 1 Woche in dem Haus, wir hatten leider Pech mit dem Wetter, aber Licio (der Eigentümer) hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und uns viele Vorschläge für Aktivitäten gemacht. Das Grundstück ist riesig und besonders für einen Urlaub mit Hund geeignet, da es rundum sehr gut abgesichert und eingezäunt ist. Unserem Hund hat es sehr gut gefallen. Licio war sehr zuvorkommend und hat mehrmals den Pool für uns gereinigt. Auch der spontane Besuch unserer Freunde war kein Problem - Licio brachte...
