Room and hotel overall was very clean. Amenities were great, including breakfast in the morning. Staff was super friendly and accommodating, even extending our stay in our already assigned room when weather ruined our plans to leave Madrid. Great location, close to shopping, restaurants, subway stops, etc.

Não chegou nada pelo WhatsApp ou e-mail sobre o nosso Check in! Deveria ter pelo menos uma ante-sala pra fazermos esses trâmites!! Não em pé no frio… ...
