"We came to town to experience the Bitter Root valley and check out properies. This rental provided a great base camp for our adventures, and a place to retreat to for much needed rest between excursions. 100% would recomend this loction to friends and family."

"Quaint, cozy and quiet cottage, rural location with beautiful mountain views. Adequately stocked kitchen for simple meal preparation. The outdoor grill was especially nice-- we used it several times and dined every evening on the patio. Communication with host was excellent. Tim stopped by early in our start and gave us suggestions of things to see and do. The cottage access is few miles up a reasonably well maintained though dusty gravel road. Groceries, a few coffee shops, breweries and dining options about 6-7 miles away. Great home base to explore up and down the east edge of the Bitterroot Mountains. Numerous hiking trails within 30 miles. We saw deer on the property almost every day. The night sky was breathtaking. If you are looking for peace and quiet in a beautiful rural Montana setting, you will love it here as much as we did."

"Really a nice place! Spotless, quiet and just the right size for the 2 of us. All went well. The hosts are very responsive to questions. The detailed handout of things to do was very useful. We followed their recommendations and were quite pleased. Love the stand of mature ponderosa pines out the front door. View from the deck of the whole valley is special. Faces east so is really nice at dawn over the mountains. Thanks so much."
