"The location is really good. The room is big. They also provided a extra bed for my kid which is comfortable. And the little swimming pool is good. Kids have Eater egg hunting too. Need to improve: The mattress of the king size bed is not even and not comfortable. I feel I will slip down to the edge every night. Also our room is kind of noisy with the aircon. The curtain could be better to make the room darker. "

"The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. They rectified an issue in a very prompt manner and demonstrated care and compassion. We caught the train to Southern Cross and it was easily accessible. Everything is nearby once you are there. Very clean and great facilities."
