The room was clean and exactly the same as the picture. We enjoyed the freshly made breakfast. The staff was friendly. The hotel was within walking distance of many shops, and Vic Falls was just 20 minutes on foot, 5 minutes by car. We enjoyed our stay.

The the hotel was just perfect. I had a beautiful ground floor room looking straight out onto the gardens and pool . The management and staff were incredibly hospitable and friendly and could not do enough for you. Absolute 10/10 !

We stayed at Victoria Falls Oasis Hotel the day we arrived in Vic Falls before starting our two week volunteer program. The hospitality was excellent beginning with when they first messaged me to coordinate transfer from the airport. They also helped coordinate a sunset river tour and provided recommendations at local restaurants. The hotel was a nice way to start our trip and enjoyed talking with the Jomo and the staff as we partook in refreshments from the bar. We wanted to stay there again the last night before flying home, but they were booked. I would certainly consider the ‘Oasis’ if you are looking for something close to the main business area.

This was an excellent property. Staff were friendly and very welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble! It is in a great location, just a short walk to the main shops and a supermarket around the corner. The room was comfortable with an massive bed and the shower amazing. Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed here on short trip while in Zimbabwe for a convention. Everything about this place is absolutely wonderful! The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are extremely clean and well equipped. The best part, is the staffs attention to detail. The people are wonderful! The manager, Jono, is top notch and very personable. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

The location was great for a stay in Victoria Falls. The room was great, but needs a small refridgerator. Jono the manager was so kind and patient. He arranged all of our transportation and tours! We always felt safe and taken care of. The food was delicious and the chef always checked to make sure we were enjoying our dinner. The bar was well stocked with plenty of options. The star of the bar was Mildred! She was an absolute joy! We enjoyed our time talking to her and even a little karaoke one night. She even learned to make an express martini for us. Perfect place to stay

Our time at the Victoria Falls Oasis Hotel was my lifetime, all-time favorite hotel experience! I give them my strongest recommendation. I am 68 and have traveled extensively, a former AA Executive Platinum status holder. The hotel was exceptional at what matters to me most. Topping the list of what made our stay wonderful was the staff. The staff was attentive, pleasant, competent, and dependable. The staff met us with big warm smiles whenever they saw us at meals or coming and going. They showed genuine interest in how our day went each day and asked if there was anything they could do to make it better. They far exceeded expectations in their care for us. The wonderful lady that handled reception/guest admissions also functioned as concierge. She asked us about our previously scheduled tours, made multiple calls to the tour operators, as well as calling the tour operators of the tours she scheduled. She kept us up-to-date if the tour operators were going to be a few minutes late. She checked and made sure we had the essentials for whatever we needed to be ready for a specific tour. The hotel general manager checked on us frequently, as he would see us at breakfast, and as we passed by the pool and reception office. He listened to stories of our daily adventures and provided great insight on tours to take that matched our objectives. The hotel adjusted meal times for us & employee schedules to best accommodate our tours. Excellent price, food, location, nearby animals!

Very well managed, skilled kitchen, good bar, clean. Jomo runs a great operation off the center of Vic Falls town; walkable to food, the Falls, and across the bridge to Zambia.

Gute Lage in VicFalls: zu Fuß zu den Fällen, viele Gaststätten & Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, quasi im Zentrum. Wir hatten das Deluxe-Zimmer: großzügig, mit AC & Terrasse. Hervorragendes Frühstück. Das gesamte Personal ist überaus freundlich & sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden wieder hier übernachten.
