"For an overnight stay this place is great. But noticed many places they could improve. A lot of tile was broken on the baseboard, many gashings in the walls that have could been covered up by a little touch up paint and also in the room. Ice machine directions were totally inaccurate and you could tell where they had they had them before but didn’t replace them. The rooms are ok but what this place really needs is a good handyman. "

"The staff was really nice, but for some reason they kept trying to get into my room. Housekeeping knocked on my room day 3 and didn’t leave towels, then came back later when me and my kids were sleep just to tell me they were bringing towels later and waaaaaaay after housekeeping they brought the towels when no one was in the room. Very very creepy and suspicious. Then they KEPT the $100 deposit. I hope the deposit was worth losing the $500 my family spends on hotels to every year to Victoria to...
