Scenery and Serenity - Delight in your holiday retreat

Are you interested in a peaceful place with fabulous views to retreat to after the bustle of the city? Great location near Esquimalt Lagoon and Royal Bay seaside parks, Pearson College of the Pacific, Royal Roads University, Galloping Goose hiking and biking trail, as well as many shopping opportunities from box stores to quaint neighbourhood bistros. Downtown Victoria is accessible by bus or car in an easy 30 minute drive and the bus stop is a short walk away. Many sports opportunities are available from fishing (lake or ocean), golfing (Royal Colwood and Olympic View Golf Clubs are 5 minutes away, Highland Pacific and Bear Mountain Golf Resort are 15 minutes away), as well as hiking and biking. The community is home to many Canadian sports development centres - tennis, golf, rugby, biking, rowing to name a few.

All the comforts of home are available with a well equipped kitchen with BBQ available, as well as washer and dryer and dishwasher, cable TV and a dedicated study area for any school or work related commitments. Bright sunny rooms with 9 foot ceilings and expansive windows give a marvelous view over the water to Victoria. Please no smoking and no pets in the suite or on the premises.

This was an amazing stay. The apartment was clean and beautiful. It was a nice quiet area, about 25 mins to victoria. it was a great place to explore the island. i only met the owner once, but she seemed very kind and friendly.

The perfect place

This was larger than expected, very clean, with a lot of amenities. communication was great and very friendly. The view was beautiful, we enjoyed watching the hummingbirds in the flowers. We would love to stay here again when we’re visiting the area. And personal touches made us feel very special.

Home away from home

This was the perfect place for our stay of two weeks on the island. The location was ideal, the flat clean and comfortable with a wonderful view. I would definitely stay here again.

Quiet Neighborhood.

It is a beautiful place , really the pictures was exactly what it was, the host of the property was great if there was a problem at all which i didn't find it bad at all there was a few spiders but this time of year expected, and the lady, took care of that issue , i would stay there again in a heart beat , it was a 5 star as far as we were concerned

Beautiful

We had the whole lower level of a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. It had high ceilings and lots of windows with a nice view. Everything about the place was well done, well equipped and very clean. Ruth was a great hostess who had tried to think of everything including a welcome basket filled with treats. Thank you, Ruth.

Amazing stay. Fabulous home

I can’t say enough about this beautiful home. We arched the full moon rise and then the next morning saw the sunrise. Very comfortable, clean and exceptionally well-equipped. Ruth responded immediately with our questions. Located near all the things we wanted to do- hike, pickleball, stand up paddle boarding and visiting downtown ( 30 minutes away. Loved it all. Thanks a million, Ruth.
